Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all country. Shipment will be carried out by our logistics partners DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. 

Processing Time:

Usually your order will be shipped out within 24-72h after the confirmation email sent. But rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage or holiday. We’ll keep you informed if shipping delay.

Shipping Method Delivery Time: 

DHL: It will takes about 3-5 Working Days delivery to you.
UPS: It will takes about 3-10 Working Days delivery to you.
FedEx: It will takes about 7-10 Working Days delivery to you. 
USPS: It will takes about 5-15 Working Days delivery to you.
EMS: It will takes about 8-15 Working Days delivery to you. 

Note:

You may need to pay tax for customs clearance depending on your country, this is not included in the freight. 
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. 
If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.  

Track your order
If you ordered any goods successfully on loyo-led.com, you can visit your order page, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.

In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving your item,  attaching a short video as well as photos. we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue within 12 hours.
