Frequently Asked
Frequently Asked

Yes. The kit is DOT and SAE certified for US road use. The compliance mark is molded into the lens — no sticker that can peel off over time.

Most riders with basic mechanical skills complete the swap in 1–3 hours. The kit includes instructions and all hardware. Professional installation is available but not required.
Q4: What warranty and return policy applies?
LOYO offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects and a 30-day return/exchange window from the date of receipt. Items must be uninstalled and in original condition to qualify for a return.

LED Headlight Kit For Dyna Fat Bob [FXDF]
The LOYO LED Headlight Kit was built for one bike and one bike only: the 2008–2017 Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob (FXDF). Where the dual OEM halogens leave you squinting down dark county roads, this direct-replacement kit floods the lane with 6,600 lumens of crisp 6000–6500K white light — nearly 3× the usable output of stock, at a fraction of the heat.
Designed as an integrated system, both housings share a single wiring harness that taps into your factory connectors. No adapters, no relay kits, no extra trips to the shop. High beam, low beam, and your choice of Amber or White DRL come pre-wired and ready to switch on the first ride.
The aluminum alloy body is pressure-cast for rigidity, then hard-coated against UV and road chemicals. The polycarbonate lens resists cracking and fogging even after seasons of use. An IP67 seal keeps water out through creek crossings and car-wash jets alike. From the first night ride, you'll wonder how you ever trusted halogens.
I received the package within a few days as normal shipping goes , everything looked good in the package , it was packed in two boxes, the box with light was in it was damaged , was ripped on the bottom of the box, opened it was packed in formed sponge,
Installation was a little difficult light lens is not the same shape as OEM but close , had to do quite a bit of massaging on the headlight cow to be able to get the light to aim down towards the road. Also had
To rework the headlight bracket mount and do some grinding on it too, took about eight hours to install , wiring, plugged in was good, but there was excess of wire on the headlight pig tail , managed to tie it up in a bundle, so wouldn’t rub on Frame neck as you turn the bars , turn the light on everything worked like it should was examining the light, and I noticed there was quite a bit of scratches on the headlight lens, which I was very careful not to scratch it up myself ,haven’t been able to get out on the road yet going to get a few days above 30 degrees F soon then I can comment on the brightness of the light ,in the garage it looks very bright on low beam , high beam is a spot light looks like it will do a good job .
Hope this will help
Good luck on your installation
