Each light offers six beam combinations (spot + flood + DRL + side shooter) that you can customize by swapping the included clear and amber lenses:

  • Clear lens: pure white spot/flood combo for maximum distance and width
  • Amber lens: yellow DRL +270° side shooters for superior fog, rain, and dust penetration The precision reflector cup allows easy DIY adjustment to match your driving needs.

Amber (yellow) light cuts through fog, rain, snow, and dust far better than white light and reduces glare for oncoming drivers. The 180° side shooters provide wide peripheral coverage, greatly improving visibility in rock crawling, trail riding, or blind-spot situations—especially useful in rainy Pacific Northwest conditions.

  • Are these LED pod lights waterproof and durable enough for extreme conditions?

Yes – rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof (fully protected against immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes and high-pressure water jets). The die-cast aluminum housing, military-grade breather, and shockproof design handle rain, snow, mud, vibration, and rough off-road use. Lifespan exceeds 50,000 hours.

  • How bright are they compared to factory lights?

Each pod delivers 5,500 lumens (11,000 lumens per pair) at 6,500K pure white color temperature—roughly 5–10× brighter than most factory halogen bulbs. The advanced reflector and high-power LEDs provide longer throw distance and wider, more even coverage for superior night driving and off-road visibility.

  • How difficult is the installation? Do I need to modify wiring?

Installation is plug-and-play for most users. The kit includes DT-connector wiring harness, relay, switch, and adjustable 180° stainless steel brackets. No drilling or complex rewiring is required in typical setups. Most customers complete installation in 30–60 minutes. A user manual and video tutorial links are included.

  • Are these lights street legal? Do they have any certifications?

Yes – they carry official E-Mark (ECE) certification, meeting European road-legal standards for photometric performance and glare control.
